I always thought Craig was very meticulous with the younger kids, his coaching methods and how he encouraged them both individually and as a group. Understandably every individual has a different level of ability but the way Craig was able to integrate all those different levels of ability into one group session while maintaining patience is a unique skill set only true development coaches have. He likes to win which we all do, but he found the balance between winning and developing which was not only beneficial for the child’s mindset but also teaching them about overcoming adversity at a young age.
